PanAust has a corporate strategy focused on growth by discovery, acquisition and development. Key components of this strategy are:

• a commitment to progressing capital-efficient organic growth opportunities
• the acquisition of copper assets that are in production or the pre-development phase
• the pursuit of an active exploration and resource development program in Laos.

PanAust's planned growth projects include: the Phu Kham Upgrade Project, the Phu Kham Increased Recovery Project and the Phonsavan Copper-Gold Project in Laos; and the Inca de Oro Copper-Gold Project in Chile. 

PanAust's exploration projects are investigating potential extensions to the Phu Kham mineral resource, as well as several prospects within the 2,636 square-kilometre Phu Bia Mining Contract Area in Laos.

This project pipeline provides a strong medium- to long-term growth profile for PanAust.
