Mrs Withnall is a former commercial lawyer with specialist skills in the areas of corporate advice, capital raisings, securities and corporate trusts. Mrs Withnall is a former partner of the law firm, Minter Ellison. Mrs Withnall has previously served as a member of the Takeovers Panel and the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee. Mrs Withnall is also a former member of the Senate of the University of Queensland.
